 We can design and spec the electrical installation from your building plans.

Even if you not local to us and you don't want a price from us for the wiring we can give you advice and options.

 We can do this so when you are getting prices from electricians you won't be getting such a variation of prices, ie different electricians use different materials, there can be a remarkable difference between prices as higher end materials cost more, one electrician may put less or more sockets in your bedrooms and kitchen for example.

 This also gives you a guide of what should be there after you get the job done, ie simple things can be forgotten, in a self build especially.

 This not only helps you the homeowner / builder but also the electricians you are getting to price the job.
