These prices are per man hours,

If the job requires a helper/apprentice the rate extra starts at €15/hr and goes up accordingly.

Scheduled work during weekday hours will be based on this rate after the first hour which is charged at €55

For emergency work during weekday hours this will be the rate for the first hour/part hour unless a fixed price has been quoted beforehand. Hours thereafter are charged at €40.

Where work is required for an evening, weekend or bank holiday, or where it has to be scheduled at short notice, i.e. to suddenly fit in with other trades or available access, or where it necessitates in a change of my planned schedule, then pricing will be based on this hourly rate. Material costs are not included in this price. This rate may also be charged per part hour for short or overrunning work.

If you're booking a Periodic Inspection, domestic PI's are currently priced at €35 per circuit for the first six circuits, then €25 per subsequent circuit thereafter. For a guide on how many circuits your property might have, please contact us to explain how to check.

Pat testing is charged per unit.

0 to 99 items = €3.90 per item

100 to 250 items = €3.70 per item

251 to 500 items = €3.50 per item

501 to 1000 items = €3.30 per item
